Mobile Resource Management (MRM) company Imarda Inc is pleased to announce that following three months of testing that its Enterprise Hosting Platform, custom-built for Imarda's flagship product i360, is now online.
Imarda choose New York based Logicworks to provide its hosting services. "With a large team of highly skilled professionals, the decision to invest $500,000 in the New York setup was an easy one," says Imarda CTO Matt Comb.
"We needed a service that would enable us to provide data security and guarantee of service levels to our customers, while providing a backbone that would enable users to scale seamlessly as their business needs grew. Logicworks' New York operation provided this and carried with it a depth of understanding around enterprise grade solutions. A product as complex as i360 needs a finely tuned environment behind it, and Logicworks have knocked that out of the park for us," says Comb.
The core platform is based in New York with static file delivery and content caching available around the world meaning Imarda can provide optimised performance regardless of location.
"The virtual platform provided by Logicworks is a perfect match with i360's Service Oriented Architecture. It enables the platform to be extended easily as required, in line with Imarda's aggressive rollout strategy," says Comb.
Imarda's Mobile Resource Management (MRM) solution, used in conjunction with other technologies, enables its customers to optimize mobile asset utilization, workforce productivity and customer satisfaction through the sophisticated integration of location technologies (GPS and GIS) and enterprise level business systems, creating business wisdom.
