Group Finance Manager Tracey Herman promoted to CFO

Imarda Limited, a world leader in Mobile Resource Management, have announced that CFO Claire Mitchell has resigned in order to focus on her other investments and family, both of which are based in Australia. Ms Mitchell will continue to serve on the Imarda board.

Selwyn Pellett, CEO of Imarda, commented, “At Claire’s request we have been working on this transition for some time and feel that with the interim financials out of the way this was the perfect time to make the move. Claire remains on the board of Imarda and will work as an executive consultant through the rest of 2011 to ensure any transitional issues are managed seamlessly.

“I would like to personally thank Claire for her considerable skill and support in co-founding Imarda in 2007, completing the acquisitions of Smart Track and Prolificx that year, managing the financial impacts of the Global Financial Crisis on the company and laying the financial platform for renewed growth. We all wish Claire well on her return to Australia.”

Imarda also announced today the appointment of Tracey Herman as CFO. Tracey will take over all financial responsibilities of the company when Ms Mitchell steps down on 1 October 2011. Tracey’s previous roles included Commercial Manager and Management Accountant at TVNZ before joining Imarda in 2009 as Group Finance Manager. “Tracey has fitted into the company perfectly and we are very lucky to have someone with her exceptional skills and commitment to take over from Claire,” Selwyn said.

Claire Mitchell commented, “I am thrilled with Tracey’s promotion to CFO. She has worked hard to achieve this position and I know am leaving the financial management of Imarda in good hands. Tracey has been a key member of the management team and is now well positioned to successfully lead all aspects of the financial management of the group.”
